This is the web site of the Ohio Travel Soccer League. The OHTSL is a Youth soccer league for Travel/Community clubs both boys and girls between the ages of 8-14/15. The league is comprised of in excess of 50 communities throughout Northeast Ohio with both competitive and geographical brackets.
We are currently accepting applications to join for the fall season.

The following will be required when checking your team in:
1. Completed Ohio Travel Cup Liability form. This form must list ALL
players participating in the tournament and must have parent
signatures for ALL players participating in the tournament. This form
will be available for download soon!
2. Current picture identification cards/player passes issued by the
league for players participating in the tournament. The identification
cards/player passes MUST be brought to all games.
3. Copy of an official roster listing ALL players participating in
the tournament. US Club carded teams combining players from age
appropriate teams within your community can either bring copies of
official rosters from ALL of the teams and highlight the names of
participating players, OR your registrar can either move players from
one roster to another or create a tournament roster. OYSAN carded
teams combining players from age appropriate teams should ask your
registrar for a tournament roster.
4. Guest player loan forms from your league. A guest player is
defined as a player from outside your community. Teams are allowed a
maximum of two (2) guest players. Please note that a US Club carded
player cannot guest on an OYSAN carded team and an OYSAN carded player
cannot guest on a US Club carded team. For US Club carded teams, the
registrar should log into the US Club site, click MANAGE, then scroll
down/click on MEMBERS AREA, then click on FORMS/DOCUMENTS and click on
PLAYER LOAN FORM (#R007). Make sure to follow the directions on that
form and make sure to bring a copy of the form with you. Guest players
can be handwritten on the bottom of the US Club roster you will hand
in. There is a spot on the bottom that says GUEST PLAYERS. For OYSAN
carded teams, your registrar can go to the OYSAN website, click on
FORMS/RESOURCES, then TRAVEL/TOURNAMENT FORMS and then click on
www.tournamentcentral.com. Again, please bring a copy of the form with
5. Concussion certification. ALL COACHES MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH
THE OHIO RETURN TO PLAY CONCUSSION LAW AND MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF
CERTIFICATION. Starting April 26th, 2013, individuals are not allowed
to serve as a coach or referee for a youth sports organization,
whether volunteer or paid, without: 1) successfully completing, every
three years, an online training program in recognizing the signs and
symptoms of concussions and head injuries provided by the National
Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) -OR- 2) holding a
Pupil Activity Permit (PAP) from the Ohio Department of Education.

If a game is cancellled less than 24 hours prior to game and the home community Assignor isn't contacted by phone. Official gets full pay and home & away community will get billed half the official fee.
