About The Coach Leadership Council

The Ohio Travel Soccer League (OHTSL) Coach Leadership Council, led by OHTSL Director of Coaching Marcie Schwartz, will be made up of a group of 20 coaches, who encompass the membership of our organization.  This group was created to allow interested coaches an opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and abilities both within sport and life.  Throughout the seven 60 minute sessions we will be discussing different leadership styles, who is your audience and how can you accommodate their learning styles, how can you grow as a leader, what challenges might be faced in leadership as well as many other topics.  While there will be some light learning to do independently, our group and small group discussions during season will allow for instant application into your team environments.
