REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026 OHIO TRAVEL CUP IS NOW OPEN

ALL PRELIMINARY GAMES FOR A TEAM WILL BE PLAYED AT THE SAME LOCATION, BUT FINALS WILL ONLY BE PLAYED AT NORTH COAST AND STRONGSVILLE.
WHO:
Boy and Girls Travel/Community Teams U9, U10, U11, U12, U13 and U15 
*Please register coed teams as a boys team and indicate in the notes that the team is a coed team*
*We will not have a separate U14 age division. We will have a combined U14/U15 age division labelled as U15*
*The Ohio Travel Cup will be using the August 1-July 31 birth formation, rather than birth year*

FEE:
U9-U10 $450
U11-U12 $475
U13&U15 $495
plus a $20 per team Got Sport fee for all registered teams
Communities registering 5 or more teams will receive a $25 per team discount.
If a community is going to register 5 or more teams, you MUST choose pay by check or money order as you will be unable to change the amount due to reflect the discount if you choose to pay by credit card.
FORMAT:
2 games on Saturday and 1 game on Sunday
All finals on Sunday
ROSTER SIZES:
Team rosters will be limited to 18 players for teams playing 11 v 11
Team rosters will be limited to 16 players for teams playing 9 v 9
Team rosters will be limited to 14 players for teams playing 7 v 7

8/1/26-9/1/26
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The Ohio Travel Cup reserves the right to close registration early once a certain number of teams have been accepted.
Registration does not guarantee acceptance.
Once your team is accepted, NO refund will be issued.
The tournament will fill up quickly...as soon as you know you will be able to field a team, make sure to register ASAP to avoid a waitlist.
The Ohio Travel Cup reserves the right to combine age groups based on registration numbers.
A player can only play for one team throughout the tournament.
When registering your team, you will be prompted to select LEAST, MIDDLE or MOST competitive. Please note that you are not guaranteed to be placed according to your selection. Your response will be used as a starting point to assist in bracketing your team. Teams will be bracketed based on league bracket placement, records and notes.
When registering, make sure to add all coached and managers for the team when prompted to "ADD TEAM OFFICIALS". Only those who are added will receive communications (email updates, important information) from tournament staff. Tournament staff will not be able to add a contact after registration is complete.
Any and all conflict/scheduling requests MUST be made through a Google Form link. The link will be sent once your team is accepted. Absolutely NO conflict/scheduling requests will be accepted via phone call, text or email. If the conflict/request involves 2 teams, then 2 separate forms must be completed...one for each team*
There is a new guest player procedure for US Club carded teams. The procedure will be explained in an email sent if your team is accepted.
ONCE YOU REGISTER YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM GOT SPORT. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOU DID NOT COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM OR JUNK FOLDERS.
